Grudgy Dots Tutorial

First, open up the image you want use.



Press Ctrl+C to copy your image. Then paste it as a new image. You will now have two of the same image open.

Now, go to Colors >> Decrease Color Depth >> 2 Colors (1 bit)

Make sure it looks like this:



Your image should look like this now:



Now, copy this image and paste it as a new layer your other image.

Look at your Layer Palette and the grudgy layer transparent:



Around 25 is a good number to put the transparency.

Now you need to merge your layers. Go to layers >> Merge >> Merge all. Tada!!
